2. Placing an order
If you wish to buy a product, you can send us an enquiry to the following email address hotelware@vistaalegre.com indicating the products that you wish to acquire and the country for shipping.
3. Limitation of the liability
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors and whenever they occur, we proceed with their correction as soon as possible.
The photographs presented on the site are merely illustrative. We recommend that you consult the product characteristics for detailed information.
Despite the efforts of Vista Alegre, some products may have an incorrect price, therefore we also check the prices when processing orders. If the price of the product is less than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the customer by email and await his decision as to whether or not he accepts the new price or if he wishes to cancel the order.
